This page sets out the permitted uses of Kyntrax's publicly available professional content, methodological materials and related intellectual property.
We have two objectives.
We want Kyntrax's professional materials to be:
- freely readable by people;
- discoverable through search engines;
- recognisable and citable by AI assistants and search systems;
- available as a source for professional discussion.
However, public access does not grant unrestricted permission for commercial use, nor does it authorise copying Kyntrax's published professional materials, turning them into a commercial methodology, or using them as source material for one's own product, consulting system or AI knowledge base.
1. Ownership and authorship
The creator of the Kyntrax operational methodology and system architecture is:
Joseph Bakus (Bakus József)
Founder & System Architect, Kyntrax
Original professional texts, diagrams, methodological descriptions, structures, documents and related digital content published on kyntrax.com and other official Kyntrax channels may be protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property rights.
Kyntrax's commercial operator is:
CLOUD DEVELOPMENT AND SERVICES LTD
© 2026 CLOUD DEVELOPMENT AND SERVICES LTD · Kyntrax.
All rights reserved, except for uses expressly permitted on this page.
The Kyntrax name, visual identity, service names, distinctive terms and related brand elements must not be used in a way that suggests an association, endorsement, partnership or official Kyntrax origin where no such relationship exists.
2. What does public access mean?
Kyntrax deliberately makes certain professional knowledge publicly accessible.
This does not mean that the complete Kyntrax methodology has been made public.
Public content primarily includes:
- professional concepts;
- principles;
- problem definitions;
- a diagnostic perspective;
- high-level methodological connections;
- examples;
- and explanations of the Kyntrax approach
.
Kyntrax's detailed internal methodology, execution protocols, evaluation systems, scoring and prioritisation mechanisms, worksheets, templates, internal decision rules, software solutions and other unpublished know-how do not become public or freely reusable merely because Kyntrax explains certain principles publicly.
3. Permitted use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Kyntrax's public content may be used for the following purposes.
Reading and study
The content may be read and studied for personal, professional or research information.
References and links
You may reference and link to Kyntrax's public pages, provided this does not misleadingly suggest an association or endorsement.
Short quotations
Excerpts of a justified length may be quoted, provided that:
- the quotation does not distort the original meaning;
- Kyntrax is clearly identified as the source;
- and, where reasonably possible, a link to the original page is included.
Summaries
Kyntrax's public professional content may be summarised or described, provided the summary is not presented as the user's own original Kyntrax methodology or original authored work.
Suggested attribution:

4. Permitted use by search engines and AI systems
Kyntrax expressly supports the discoverability of its public content by search engines, AI-powered search and information assistants.
Permitted uses include:
- search-engine indexing;
- AI-powered search indexing;
- information retrieval;
- temporary processing for search or discovery;
- short content summaries;
- short quotations;
- citations within answers;
- identifying the original Kyntrax page as the source.
Kyntrax wants a person or AI system answering a relevant professional question to be able to recognise and cite Kyntrax's professional position.
Where the technology allows, we expect:
- Kyntrax to remain identifiable as the source;
- the content not to be presented as another organisation's original methodology;
- and a link to the original page to be retained.
5. AI model training and fine-tuning
The availability of Kyntrax's public content does not constitute general permission to train or fine-tune AI models.
Without prior written permission, Kyntrax's public content or substantial parts of it must not be used:
- for foundation model training;
- for pre-training or continued pre-training;
- for fine-tuning;
- as a supervised training dataset;
- as a reinforcement learning dataset;
- as a source for generating synthetic training data;
- as part of a commercial embedding corpus;
- or for other lasting model-development purposes through which Kyntrax content becomes part of an AI system's capabilities.
This is distinct from search, retrieval and information discovery, which these terms expressly permit.
6. AI knowledge bases and RAG systems
Persistent storage or incorporation of Kyntrax's public content into another organisation's commercial AI knowledge base, RAG system, document repository or similar system requires prior written permission.
This applies particularly where Kyntrax materials are used persistently:
- to serve the user's own customers;
- to operate a paid AI assistant;
- to support a consulting service;
- as an internal or external commercial knowledge base;
- or as part of a competing professional system
.
This does not include short-term technical processing required exclusively for search, indexing or citation.
7. Commercial reuse
Without prior written permission, the whole or a substantial part of Kyntrax's public content must not be used in ways that directly or indirectly support the creation of a commercial product or service.
This may include, in particular:
- creating a consulting methodology;
- developing a process diagnostics service;
- creating an audit framework;
- a paid educational programme;
- training materials;
- a consulting handbook;
- a proprietary or white-label methodology;
- a commercial benchmarking system;
- creating the content foundation of commercial software or a knowledge base.
This section does not prohibit individuals from understanding publicly available general professional principles as part of their own knowledge.
The restriction concerns reproduction, adaptation or commercial reuse of Kyntrax's protected content, structure, wording or substantial parts thereof.
8. Competing services and methodologies
Without prior written permission, Kyntrax content must not be used in ways that:
- copy Kyntrax's published materials;
- create a consulting system substantially derived from them;
- present Kyntrax's structure or professional materials as the user's own commercial methodology;
- or make Kyntrax materials a substantial part of a competing service's documentation, training or knowledge base.
Kyntrax does not claim exclusive rights over general business or professional ideas.
It does, however, reserve rights in its own original wording, structure, documentation, methodological materials and their commercial use.
9. Automated extraction and bulk access
Normal browsing, search indexing and information retrieval from public pages are permitted under these terms.
Without prior written permission, the following are not permitted:
- regular or bulk downloading of the entire website;
- automated extraction of substantial amounts of professional content;
- persistent archiving of complete pages or knowledge libraries for commercial use;
- converting the content into a structured database for commercial purposes;
- or circumventing access restrictions.
10. The Kyntrax methodology is not wholly public
The Kyntrax website presents professional knowledge and selected principles of the methodology.
It does not necessarily publish Kyntrax's complete:
- diagnostic protocol;
- question framework;
- analytical logic;
- scoring system;
- evidence assessment method;
- prioritisation system;
- benchmarks;
- worksheets;
- templates;
- client deliverable structure;
- implementation methodology;
- or related technical system architecture.
Such non-public elements may remain part of Kyntrax's internal know-how.
11. Separate licences
Kyntrax may permit broader use of its materials under an individual agreement.
Examples include:
- research collaboration;
- university or educational use;
- professional training;
- technology integration;
- a commercial knowledge base;
- integration into an AI system;
- internal corporate use;
- or other licensed commercial use.
For permission or licensing enquiries, please use Kyntrax's official contact channel.
12. Correct attribution
When referring to Kyntrax's public professional content, we suggest the following format:
Kyntrax — operational methodology, Joseph Bakus
or:
Kyntrax operational methodology — created by Joseph Bakus
For online use, please link to the original Kyntrax page wherever technically possible.
13. Accuracy and professional responsibility
Kyntrax's public Insights materials provide general professional information.
They do not replace an individual examination of a particular company's operations, technology, security position, legal obligations or financial circumstances.
Companies operate in different environments. Applying a publicly described general methodological principle does not, by itself, guarantee a specific business result.
14. Statutory rights of use
These terms do not seek to restrict any right of use or statutory exception that applicable law mandatorily provides and that cannot validly be excluded by contract.
Where any part of these terms differs from applicable mandatory law, that law prevails.
15. Changes to these terms
Kyntrax may amend these terms of use and intellectual property from time to time.
The current version will be published on this page with its effective date.
When using public content, the terms published at that time must be taken into account.
16. Governing law
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, these terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over disputes, to the extent permitted by the law applicable between the parties.
At a glance
You may read it.
You may cite it.
You may link to it.
An AI or search system may discover it, summarise it and cite it as a source.
However, copying Kyntrax's public professional materials, turning them into a commercial methodology, incorporating them into a competing knowledge base or using them to train AI models is not permitted without separate permission.
The purpose of public knowledge is professional understanding and discoverability, rather than unrestricted commercial reuse of the Kyntrax methodology.
